How to Use and the Process
The Flow of Booking
1 Request Received
We will collect your preferred date and time, details of your request, estimated duration, and preferred language. Your appointment is not confirmed at this stage.
2 Available Dates and Times
We will propose available dates and times after considering our massage bookings and travel time. The service fee will be finalized once we have agreed on the details with you.
3 Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation
We will inform you of the service fee and payment deadline. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received. Dates and times are not reserved before payment.
Application Deadline
Standard Reservations: Up to 7 days in advance
For assistance with administrative procedures or accompanying you to government offices, requests must generally be submitted at least 7 days in advance. I will check my massage schedule before confirming the date and time.
Complex Requests: Up to 14 days in advance
For requests such as finding housing, handling procedures that require visiting multiple government offices, or full-day accompaniment, please aim to submit your request at least 14 days in advance. I will also estimate the time needed for preparation.
Last-Minute Requests: Consultations Accepted Starting 3 Days in Advance
We can only accommodate these requests during available time slots. If a slot is already booked, we reserve the right to decline. We do not have a contract that obligates us to accept every urgent request.
